We were engaged to deliver a refined shop fitting transformation for Aeon Aesthetics, elevating an existing clinic into a premium, cohesive environment that truly reflects the brand and the experience they offer. While the space was already operational, the client had a clear vision whereby they wanted a significant upgrade that would set a new standard for their clients from the moment they walked through the door.
The project was featured in Professional Beauty Magazine, recognising the fitout as a standout example of warm, clinical design done right.
Our Solutions to The Brief
The brief centred around creating a polished, high end aesthetic with a strong emphasis on custom joinery throughout the space. Every element needed to feel intentional, refined and consistent with a premium client experience.
Custom joinery was at the heart of the transformation and this included a bespoke reception desk designed to make a strong first impression, custom display shelving that showcased retail products with purpose, and a refined treatment room cabinetry that balanced practicality with a clean, premium finish. Storage, flow and functionality were all carefully considered, ensuring the space not only looked exceptional but worked seamlessly for the day to day operations.
Working within the existing footprint, we introduced improvements that enhanced flow, maximised usable space and created a far more cohesive environment overall. The result was a dramatically upgraded interior that aligned with the client’s vision while remaining highly practical for both staff and clients.
Challenges and Solutions
Delivering a full fitout within a live working environment presented one of the key challenges of this project. The client needed to continue operating throughout the majority of the build, which required a staged and highly coordinated approach.
To make this possible, we split the clinic into two sections, completing one half while the client continued to operate in the other. Once the first stage was finished, operations shifted and we repeated the process on the remaining half. This approach required careful planning, clear communication and strict adherence to timelines to ensure both safety and business continuity.
At the final stage, the client closed the clinic for approximately 2 weeks, allowing us to complete the remaining works and final detailing to the highest standard and all without prolonging the overall timeline!
